What is Travel Hotline?

We plan group trips for you. Send your group one link and we handle the flights, hotels, and a day-by-day itinerary — built around everyone's preferences.

How do I plan a group trip?

Tap “Plan a group trip,” name it, choose a destination and dates (or mark them flexible), pick your vibe, then share the link so your crew can weigh in.

Do I need an account?

You can browse and start planning freely. You only create an account to save your trip and to check out.

How does payment work?

Pay by card, or with Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App (that option is price-locked). Taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

What do flexible dates do?

Mark your dates flexible and pick a trip length (2, 4, or 7 days). We plan around a date about 90 days out so you still see real flights and hotels.

How do I get help or reach a person?

Use the “?” menu in the top bar anytime to replay the tutorial, read these FAQs, or contact us at support@travel-hotline.com.
